Ms. Saunders has been in the counseling field more than 12 years, both in inpatient and outpatient settings. Her practice focuses on all general psychological issues, though trauma work, all addictions, and relationship conflicts tend to be a majority of her clients.

She has experienced the hardship of raising five children as a single parent throughout most of their life, working full time, as well as completing her education in her later years. Since she is a survivor, rather than a victim, to her own life’s hardships because of God and other people’s help, she is better able to help those that are inundated with emotional turmoil.
