Karen’s specialty is Bereavement and Mental Health Counseling for Children, Teens and Adults. She has counseled Individuals, Couples and Groups for over twenty years. She also conducts workshops
and presentations for schools and local businesses. Karen is the Director of Camp Good Grief of Staten Island, a weekend camp for children and teens. She has created the only bereavement camp for
children and teens on Staten Island, providing a safe and nurturing place for campers to learn how to cope more effectively with tragedy and grief in their lives, while building peer relationships and having fun.
